if your actually moving

expense is much less than $3000 ,then the first one is better. You can put the 3000- expense in your pocket.otherwise , the second one is better .you can enjoy more(spend the money if you want)like better airline,better hotel. better moving company.You can have more money to spend on renting a car. So think about it carefully.
