後院沒有圍欄，如果有人未經同意，擅自去玩後院裏的滑梯，攀岩物之類受傷，我需要負法律責任嗎？

如果有朋友提前告知我，並征得我的同意，在玩的過程中受傷，我需要負法律責任嗎？

不喜歡裝圍欄，因為後麵有很漂亮的風景。但又怕有小孩跑到我院子裏來玩，然後受傷，要負法律責任。

如果我貼一張紙條，上麵寫未經我同意，不可玩，一切後果自負，這樣可以讓我免責嗎。
