如果修理費大大超過deposit, 想租客追討有沒有法理依據？

碰到一個租客，不交租， 跑了，養了有幾個寵物 還把房子弄得一團糟，我想去起訴他欠租，同時 請問如果修理費大大超過deposit, 向租客追討有沒有法理依據？如果可以， 一並追討。 謝謝。
