Chinese company but the payments are processed through paypayl- an US payment process service. I then wire the money back to Chinese company in china which is owned by my cousin. I am responsible for my portion of the income, but I am not sure if there is any requirement imposed by IRS for any filings of US taxes or information forms for the Chinese Company. Thank you for your help.
