請教各位有關車禍的意見。先謝了

我被別人的車撞了我的車尾，後車尾都裝進去了。當時我左半身一點兒力氣都沒有，不可以走路，但是有知覺。救護車將我送進急救室。拍了幾個片子，骨頭沒有問題。但現在頸部和整個左半身還是疼，沒有力氣。我想請教各位誰知如何打這場官司？是找個律師好？還是自己去打？實在沒有一點兒普？謝謝各位了！
