誠意谘詢：車禍對方全責，司機的保險公司拒絕受理，

理由是車禍時車輛在載客。司機不是車主本人。請問：車主該負什麽法律責任？原本要告司機，但是就算打贏，沒有希望拿到賠償，因為她最近有破產記錄。 先在此謝謝同胞
