關於class 2 misdemeaner 急問

昨天去camping, 因為完全不知道有fire ban, camp fire 被issue Fire Ban Violation, Class 2 misdemeanor citation.

 

我老婆點的火，但是citation給的我的名字，請問關於下一步，您有什麽建議麽？

Class 2 misdemeanor 被dismissed的幾率大麽？
