I am L1 and my hu*****and is L2. His I140 has been approved. Currently we are I485 pending (EB3, California Service Center).

Now I wanna apply my EAD. A little bit confused about the mailing address. Where should it go? Chicago or California Service Center?

It was said on the first page of the instruction that (c)(9) should go to the Chicago but not includes those Employment based adjustment of status.

I know my hu*****and is employment based. Am I too? I think I belong to Family based adjustment of status because I am his dependent.

Thanks for the help but don't laugh at me. I really don't know.
