recently. There should be an office specificly work for tenant's rights. One more thing, never pay your last month rent in full, and always deduct your deposit from the rent. Your landlord won't like it, but so what? If you are a student, find the service from law school of your university, they usually get you a senior law student work for you free, but it is almost the end of semester, it might be hard to find one.
