Before you spend $ on lawyer, you can contact FCC. First, list the record of your dealing with them the best you can, such as time, to whom you talked, results etc. I would suggest you call the company again and ask for a supervisor and tell him that if he's not going to resolve the problem, you will contact FCC. If not work, check FCC website to see what you need to do. After you contact with FCC, I'm sure Telecom will call you.
