Take the money. There lots of such type of cases in "Judge Judy". There is no chance for you, I think. If they pay you $800 for car, the collision must be very very minor. And, normally you have to report any health problems within three monthes after the accident otherwise they will deny. Nobody will take your case because there is no case.
