You need to make it clear what services the lawyer will provide for you under that price and what service you require. In particular, you need to know whether the lawyer will simply read the contract and explain to you want it means, or whether s/he will review your employment contract, point out unreasonable terms or terms that are unfavorable to you, do legal research to figure out whether these terms at issue are enforceable in your jurisdiction and explain to you the consequences if the unfavorable terms are enforceable. You may also want to know if you are unsatisfied with certain terms, would he represent you to negotiate with the company under that price.
