不知道這情形可否與Title Insurance聯係下？

據說為保障買家權益，若過戶後有任何糾紛，Title Insurance可賠償，包含發現房子可能的錯誤包括，偽造、欺騙、登記簽字錯誤、前房主違規、律師造成的錯誤、失職、前房主欠繳的。。。等等。
