既然你不想民事訴訟，那麽我沒有什麽可以幫助你的。報警也不能把你的錢追回來。

用威脅報警去討債，在一些州（大多數州）是刑事勒索。你去威脅人家，你可以威脅人家民事訴訟，但是以刑事訴訟為威脅時不行的。
