首先想知道你在那個省. 無論如何,根據加拿大勞工法例, 老板要給你最少兩個星期的書麵通知, 或兩個星期的人工代替書麵通知. 另外工作每滿一年有兩天人工的遣散費 (最少五天). 如果你在 B C 省, 最多可拿八個星期的遣散費.
