請問老貓

房子是婚後買的，（我們已經結婚三十多年了）。 開始房貸是我和我先生兩個人的名子， 現在房貸在我先生一個人名下。

萬一離婚， 分配房產會受影響嗎？  還是不會受影響， 一人一半？ 謝謝。
