The NY City sign is very confused. The first row of the sign said "Commercial Vehicle" and second row said "Metered Parking". So I thought if I paid the meter I will be fine. Though I paid, I still got the ticket. Then I recognized that only commercial vehicle and paid the meter can part there. That's the story. And it costs $115.
