關於軍方房客要提前終止條約- not because of relocation

 I recently received a promotion in the Army that will increase my assignment time in Naperville. My initial assignment was for three years; my new assignment will now be for five. My wife and I have had some discussion on how to move forward with our housing situation and we came to the conclusion it no longer make finical sense for our family to rent for such a long time. There is an opportunity to purchase a home in steeple run and we have decided to do so. We recently made an offer to purchase a home and it was accepted. 
 

Christy and I both understand the situation this puts you in knowing we had agreed to a long-term lease. Hopefully, you understand that we made this decision based on what is best for our family. Also, we understand that we will lose our security deposit for breaking the lease. 

 

Of course, we will work with you to support showing the house as we move out. We will be out of the house on the 14 of September, the last day of our current rent period. We will keep you posted on any changes and if we will be out sooner.

 

We thank you for the opportunity to rent your home. We did not come to this decision lightly and do apologize for putting you in this situation.
