有可能告贏home warranty company 麽

買了近十年了的。

今年夏天，出租房中央空調的室外機壞了，去了一次，第二天倒騰半天，工作了半天，再打電話，禮拜五打電話，讓我等4天到禮拜二。

天熱，我不能讓房客等，自己裝，找了兩家空調公司，診斷報告，室外機dead. 

能不能去小額法庭去一趟告他，贏麵大麽

另外，出租房和我不在一個county, 必須去那個county?

不管能不能告，可是知道home warranty 是多麽惡心了。

不要了。過了夏天就取消了。再也不買了。
