看上一個房子，賣方在disclosure 裏有一項

Any lawsuits or other legal proceedings directly or indirectly affecting the property (includes, but is not limited to divorce, forclosure, heirship, bankruptcy, and the taxes).

賣方在taxes 下劃線，然後 claim： business being worked out.

這是什麽意思？這房還能買嗎？有什麽後續隱患？

房子地址好像用來經營生意的。
