Wait. when i checked my accout it said the refund has been depoised to my account on Apirl 1st. if we havn't received the money until Apirl 8th then we can contact them .We wait until Apirl 8th but We can not find any phone number and information that can help us to contact them. On Apirl 9th, we check our account again .and find the information updated. it is showing phone number and instruction that we need . so I think you have to wait and be patient ,and check your account information periodly so you will find the updated information and will know what you should do.
