醫療費用

幫朋友谘詢：他爸爸來美國看他，突然發了膽囊炎，急症開刀，估計全部弄下來要10萬左右。他想和醫院商量降低bill, 但是估計也不會降太多。他以後想幫他爸爸辦綠卡的，想知道如果不付醫療費的話，會不會影響綠卡申請。他也不是故意要賴賬，隻是這個費用太厲害了。
