女兒在after school care被小朋友衝撞。牙齒非常痛，去醫生那裏檢查，沒查出大問題。托管的保險公司隻答應除了copay再賠償50刀。按照慣例，他們是不是該補償去檢查的車損，還有大人的誤工費等等？還有小孩的疼痛他們是不是也該有相應的補償？
