你不能不要interest嗎？這麽麻煩，想想就頭疼。你們就分個增值，其實你連增值都不用算

因為中國房價就是這幾年漲上去的，中國房價的增值和當今的房價差不多，你就把1%拿出來，也比這麽折騰要好吧？

加州房子一樣的，你不買房子，錢放銀行裏麵，能有多少interest？
