我能不能用這個電視？

上個月我在Rakuten上買了個電視， 是第三方賣的, include free shipping。 結果賣家發現寄電視太貴， 就cancel了我的定單， 錢也退了。Rakuten還和我道歉。

不料上個禮拜， 這個商家又把電視寄來了。 我已經給商家打了兩次電話， 要求他們把電視拿走， 被商家拒絕了。 他們說原訂單沒有cancel， 他們也收到錢了。 

現在一個大電視放在家裏， 我還沒有拆包裝。 想問問我應該怎麽辦？ 可以用這個電視嗎？
