他的這個pre closing inspection指的不是inspection，是close 之前的walk through吧

the buyer shall have the right .upon provding the seller with reasonable notice . to conduct a pre closing inspection of the property to ensure that the property is in the same state of repair and condition as viewed on the date of this agreement .
