H1， 家屬在一起。兩個小孩。03年2月來美。
因為我claim the tax treaty, the federal tax is zero in W-2.
我該填1040NR 還是 1040 或1040A？？？
If 1040NR, the benefit for kids will be lost.
可是，原則上我們是RA(the second kid was born in US).
