That means:
1. Company can let you go at anytime.
2. You can leave the company anytime.
The two week policy is a courtesy, not a requirement. You can't complain since you don't have to give them two week notice.
However, by law in most states, you can get your earned vacation days as payment when you leave. For example, if you have three weeks vacation left, you should be paid three more week salary.
