關於去德國的簽證

暑假要去德國參加培訓，一周時間，然後我會停留3天在附近遊玩。請教大家是該申請business or tourist Visa?可以申請multiple entry Visa嗎? 在哪裏買medical travel insurance required by Schengen Visa? 另外，對方說我簽證批準後才給我定機票和旅館。德國使館網頁說要有confirmed flight and full itinerary. 沒有這兩個文件可以嗎？謝謝大家。
