請教老貓，

去年8月份開車到法國南部自駕遊，今年3月底收到一張來自法國高速公路管理部門發來的Speeding fine ticket. 仔細回想，當時也沒注意到speed camera和意識到超速。

如果不付罰金，會有怎樣的後果了？
