Your statute of limitation is due soon

What you should do is to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit, no matter the bank was wrong or not.  That way you stopped the statute of limitation from expiring.

Once you have a lawsuit pending, you can take your time to find out whehter the bank should reject your wire transfer request.
