前麵說到房檢師B,確實看上去很精幹,手腳也很麻利。出的報告也是洋洋灑灑一長篇,我們兩個買房白癡當時是挺服氣的。但今天來看這個報告,卻是別有一番滋味湧上心頭。舉例說明:
一,地下室窗戶破裂:“1 broken basement window at the right side of house. Recommend to repair broken window as needed by a qualified person. $25-50."
二,車庫地麵開裂:“Large settlement crack in garage floor. Recommend to clean and patch large crack as needed by a qualified person. $25-50.
三,廚房漏水:“Kitchen sink was leaking directly at the fitting below the sink. Recommend to repair as needed by a qualified plumber. $50-100."
這樣的估價比比皆是,我們一直租房住,對修東西的價錢以及維修的麻煩那是心裏沒有一點底。一切以他的估價為準。想著幾十塊,幾塊的問題能有多大?而且再仔細看報告,後來出大問題的地方都是模糊帶過,甚至沒有提及。所謂無知者無畏啊,如果當年有今日之覺悟,這種房子隻怕是有多遠就要躲多遠。
