財產追訴

請問老貓：我一親戚，加拿大公民。一年前離婚。在加有7處房產和一屁股貸款。 離婚時簽了放棄財產同意。本以為留給前妻也就等於留給了孩子。今發現她已與一白男結婚。不甘30年家底落他人手。他還能追回房產嗎？怎麽追？謝謝。
