$1000 金額太小，他不會告，lien 也不是那麽容易放

好像大家都休息了，要不就是度假了。屋頂本身就有保修，排水溝應該也很簡單，很快就修好。你客氣的和他再說說就行了。

Lien 是法院審理裁定後才能放。$1000 是不可能存在Lien的問題，那是大筆錢才有的。到法院他也贏不了你。 但為 $1000，雙方都不值上法庭。
