請教大家一個問題：我有一個親戚，三十多歲，是日本居民中國公民，供職於星巴克日本分公司，是網路工程師。他每年會來美國四五次到星巴克總公司開會或集訓，每次十幾二十天。請問他能在美申領綠卡嗎？謝謝！
