根據離婚判決書能否賣房子 - 在OREGON ?

離婚判決書:

Wife is awarded as her sole and separate property the home located at ????, legally described as: Subdivision ????. Wife takes his property subject to any encumbrance. Husband shall execute a quit claim deed within 30 days following the entry of this judgement.

... ...

問題: Wife 是否可以根據離婚判決書出售這個判給她的房屋 (Husband 拒絕簽quit claim deed, WIFE 向COUNTY 注冊了離婚判決書, PROPERTY ACCOUNT上隻有WIFE的名字, 但原來的DEED是聯名的 )?
