租約裏有這麽一句：

"Provided, the Lessor and Lessor's agents and Lessor's contractors shall have the right to come on the premises at reasonable times to make reasonable inspections and to fulfill any of Lessor's obligations hereunder.“

是不是從法律角度講，我不用給她通知就可去修理了？當然，out of courtesy, 最好通知她一下，對不？
