Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 502.5(b)
 
General Denial. An answer that denies all of the plaintiff's allegations without specifying the reasons is
sufficient to constitute an answer or appearance and does not bar the defendant
from raising any defense at trial.

所以你的保險公司代表你的律師隻需要回應你們這邊拒絕回答對方的任何問題即可, 所以你不需要擔憂,
