緊急求助：

各位大俠，我今天突然收到一封律師信，說是我房客的狗把他的客人咬了，來要我的保險。我馬上試圖聯係我的房客，還沒聯係上。我當時和房客簽的合約是No Pets的。我想請問一下：

1。這個應該是房客的責任嗎？

2。如果房客不想承擔責任，我需要負責嗎？

3。我的保險一般會cover 這個嗎？我也有買傘險。

我還有什麽需要注意的？第一次遇到這樣的事情，心裏很緊張。先謝謝大家幫著出主意！
