You might get some compensation, but that really depends on the individual case.

It is a kind of tortious case, so you or your lawyer must prove certain issues: Your baby was in Gap Shop at that time; and 在商店裏放衣服的支撐柱下邊的底座 might cause some injury in some cases in the ordinary people's point of view. (That is quite hard).

Any way, Litigation must be very time consuming. But, you can try to neogotiate with GAP before that.
