The accident happened in this August. I had no experience of any accident, so I asked for a chinese translator to prevent the communication problems. But when I got the copy of the police report, I found that the statement of my side was totally different from what I said. I never said that and the report is not consistent with the truth.
I don't know how I should deal with this kind of things. Should I contact with the police reporter by myself? Or just talk with the claim representative of my auto insurance company? Which would be more helpful to me?
