Water heater 壞了，房客不理我了，也不付房租了。我能攆他麽？

8.14出的問題，房客聯係我，之後home warranty 去了。我也沒再理他。。

後來收到home warrants 一封信，大意是不cover, 我就去問房客能不能用，他說not working.

我就問具體怎麽回事，他再也不respond我了。

今天打電話去找contractor, 知道了，得換。換就換唄。

但我聯係不上房客呀，也沒見房租。。

可以攆他麽？
