請教您:I bought a house through normal and legal procedure at price of 113k and ready to sell at a contract of 250K supposely yesterdat however I got a call three days ago from Philadelphia District Attorney Office and notified that my house or the tile is under investigation that one of former owner may have stolen this house. My selling closing has been suspended. The investigation can last forever. One opinion believe I own this property legally and nothing to be worried. The other opinon is that I have fraudulent title thus that I may lose everything. One option is "quiet title". What's your opinon? What should I do at this stage?
