撞車求助

有人倒車撞到我的車，那人liberty mutual 保險說 付 80%，我自己20%，明明他不look back撞到我的車，他是不是該付100%？他的保險還說：this state is contributory....

很鬱悶，怎麽能讓他全賠呢？
