你是全保還是隻保責任

由於你說車被砸不是你的責任，那麽你的保險公司不會用你的責任險（liability insurance）來賠償。

如果你買了collision和comprehensive（俗稱全保），你所說的這些費用應該保險公司出 (except the deductible).
