fiduciary duty

Just to say in order to fullfill your fiduciary duty, you will not spend the money but to invest it responsibly.  You propose to invest the money in stock market index ETF tracking index such as SP500 or Nasdaq composite.  You promise not to "gamble" in indvidual stocks. 

To leave the money in a bank account paying minimal interest is not a good investment option.
