Can I file H1-B myself?

I read the instruction of I-129, the documents it requires is not that complicated and I think I should be able to prepare them myself. Can I file it myself or should I always hire an atterney? Because the form said it can be filed only by employer or an agent. If I am going to file myself, should act as to represent employer or an agent? And some documents need to be signed by company, so should be signed by my department boss or human resource boss?

Has anyone here filed H1-B yourself? Can you share it with me?
