多謝檸檬大俠。比如某種原因我想提前終止，我可不可以加條款 for risk control.  比如 if landlord need to terminate the lease, give 5 months notice +1000 moving cost etc. Any other terms you can think of to protect landlord.  say big leak of house and house becomes inhabitable or tenant becomes annoying
