請教，買房請律師， 哪些service是必須的？

房子是sell by owner,房子很新隻有一任房主，

律師事務所說“review the contract,attorney

comments,negotiations between parties

to make changes or terminate if necessary".

這些夠嗎？還有哪些必須律師參與？比如closing

需要在場嗎？非常感謝！
