a lot, but it's actually not right. We should pay tax, the treaty shouldn't be applied for us. But truth is:
1) as long as government didn't ask u for auditing (the percentage is very very low), u're "safe"
2) lots of chinese account firm did things like that to save money for client, so they can have more clients and earn money. Problem with this is, even they did it for u, if there's a problem, they're not responsible for it, coz it's still u who filed for it.
